Welcome to Villagelife Eco Resort. By booking with us or using our facilities you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservations and payments

Reservations can be made through our website, by email or by phone.
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on arrival.
All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR). We accept major cards, UPI and bank transfers.

Check-in is from 2:00 pm. Early check-in may be possible on request, subject to availability.
Check-out is by 11:00 am. Late check-out may incur additional charges.

Guests are responsible for any damage to or loss of property during their stay.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and cottages. Designated smoking areas are available.
Pets are not allowed unless stated in the booking confirmation.

Meals are served at set times. Please tell us about any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the dining area.

Guests must follow the instructions of the yoga and meditation instructors at all times.
Use of the facilities is at your own risk. Villagelife Eco Resort is not responsible for injuries during yoga or meditation sessions.
Please keep silence and respect the calm of the meditation gardens.

Taking part in village activities is voluntary and at your own risk.
Respect local customs and traditions. Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
Ask local residents for permission before photographing or filming them.

Guests are encouraged to join our eco-friendly practices, including recycling and saving energy.
Breaking our sustainability rules may lead to additional charges or the end of your stay.

Villagelife Eco Resort is not liable for any loss, damage or injury to guests or their property during their stay.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold Villagelife Eco Resort harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from their stay.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation charges apply as set out in our refund and cancellation policy.
Villagelife Eco Resort may change these terms at any time without prior notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Assam, India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Assam.

Children below 12 years must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times.
Proper nylon or lycra swimwear is required. Cotton clothing is not allowed in the pool.
Guests swim at their own risk. No diving, running or rough play.
Glass items and outside food are not allowed in or near the pool area.

Any antisocial activity on the resort premises will be reported to the authorities. (ৰিজ'টৰ চৌহদৰ ভিতৰত যিকোনো অসামাজিক কামৰ বাবে আইনৰ সহায় লোৱা হ'ব।)
Please help us protect the environment. (পৰিৱেশৰক্ষাৰ বাবে আমাক সহায় কৰক।)
Put plastic items in the marked dustbins. (প্লাষ্টিকৰ বস্তু নিৰ্দিষ্ট ডাস্কববিনত জমা কৰক।)
Gutkha, cigarettes and drugs are prohibited on the premises. (গুটখা, চিগাৰেট আৰু মাদকদ্ৰব্য সেৱন চৌহদৰ ভিতৰত নিষিদ্ধ।)
Take care around snakes and other reptiles. (সৰীসৃপ প্ৰাণীৰ পৰা নিজকে সাৱধানে ৰাখিব।)
The resort is not responsible for anything lost during your stay. Our staff are always around to help you. (আপোনাৰ থকাৰ সময়ত যিকোনো সামগ্ৰী বা বস্তু হেৰুৱাৰ বাবে ৰিজ'ট কৰ্তৃপক্ষ দায়ী নহয়। আপোনাক সহায় কৰিবলৈ আমাৰ কৰ্মচাৰী সদায় উপস্থিত থাকিব।)
