This page explains what we collect when you book, visit or stay with us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number (and whether it is on WhatsApp), and email or address if you give them.
- For stays, the identity document you show at check-in, as the law requires for guest registers. We note the type and last four digits, and may keep a photo of it.
- Your bookings, visits, orders, bills and payments.
Why we use it
- To confirm and manage your booking, stay and visit.
- To issue GST bills and keep the accounts the law requires.
- To send you booking details, tickets and bills on WhatsApp or SMS.
Payments
Online payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login; we only keep the payment reference and amount.
Who we share it with
- Razorpay, to take payments.
- Our messaging provider, to send WhatsApp and SMS messages.
- Our file storage provider, for documents and photos we keep.
- Government authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
This website
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Staff sign-in keeps a login record in the browser.
How long we keep it
We keep bills, payments and the guest register for as long as tax and other laws require. Other details are kept only as long as we need them for your bookings.
